When using our Website and or but not limited to proceeding to make purchase of 1 or more products from us, you agree to the terms set out herein.

Please note that the terms ("We"), the ("Seller") or the ("Company") refers to the company ("Broad Close Farm Shop") and the ("Customers"), ("You") or the ("Buyer") refers to the individual who is viewing this Website and should be the same person filling out the form details when making purchase.
There are age restrictions in place for this Website, in order to conform to the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we require all visitors who are filling out any information to be 13 years of age or older.
By using our Website and proceeding to fill out any form, you agree to all Terms and Conditions set out in this document herewith. Where there are conflicting conditions, the latter will always take presidence except where otherwise stated.
The prices displayed on this Website are for online purchase only and may not be the price of purchase in store and therfore it can not be requested to sell items in store for the same price as advertised on the Website.
While we try our utmost effort to ensure that prices have been entered correct, it has been known for errors to occur. In such circumstance where you purchase a product and have entered into an agreement between You and the Company, if we find the price shown was invalid and wrong, we will contact you and inform you of the correct price, you will be presented to continue with the order at the new price or cancel the order.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and will continue with a refund in full including any administration charges which may have occured during the process.
If goods do not arrive in an acceptable condition and you inform us immediately, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund or exchange. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in the original packing.
Cooking instructions are only a guide, please refer to appliance manual.

Data collected by us will be used only for the purposes of the transaction in question. We will save your data on file such as delivery address, name and all other data filled in by yourself except credit card information.
Credit card information is used only for the transaction in question and never saved on file.
We will only use the information once and will only be kept on file for receipt confirmation but credit card information shall be encrypted or removed.
We will never share, sell or promote any information provided by yourself.

Security Proceedures

All information is held inside a secure database which is held on a strong server behind a Cisco firewall. If in the event a hacker attempts to obtain access to a restricted area, there will always be an electronic foot-print of the attackers IP address and time-stamp logs of what actions of occured and at what times.
We will phone the local authorities and obtain a crime number for the incident, we will check our database backups and inform any customers who need to know, informing of what data, if any, has been leaked.
When the attacker is caught by the authorities, legal proceedings will be actioned and damages will be claimed and split amongst the victims.
