- You may also specify a day for delivery if not the following day.
- Deliveries will be made by courier.
- Over £80.00 - free delivery
- This will be applicable from the delivery selection when you go through to pay, you will see a delivery option for 'free' delivery when your basket total reaches £80.00 or more.
- Under £80.00 - £7.99
- This will be the only selectable delivery method inside the checkout that you can choose unless your basket total has reached £80.00 or more.
Collection
- You are also welcome to collect an order from our shop. However do not place your order through our website, but call the shop Tuesday - Saturday and place your order. 01226 790900.
Packaging
- All goods will be Vacuum packed for freshness and delivered in a Polystyrene insulated box containing ice packs, designed to hold the temperature for at least 36 hours (delivery time usually 24 hours).
- All meat is packed fresh and is suitable for home freezing.
- When you place your order, it will be for a stated pack-weight or number of items, at a specified price. We will collect the payment via an online system. Because orders are individually prepared, it can be expected that there may be some small variation in weights above or below the weight you choose, and it is impractical for us to request additional payments or process small refunds. We will ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified. Items delivered within 10% of the weight ordered shall be deemed complete.
Non-Delivery Claims
- In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery. We will immediately investigate and let you know the situation. Should your order not be delivered within 1 working day of the date given in the website, you will be entitled to a full refund.
